Here’s a house we finished in January 2025!

The homeowners were having problem with a discontinued fiber cement siding that kept buckling and cracking throughout all the panels. We got called out there to look it over and see if it’s something that is fixable or if it would be a complete reside.

We were able to work up some test areas and find a solution for them where it wouldn’t have to be a complete reside and help save money to get their home back to looking how they dreamed it should look.

We were able to beauty nail the sides of the house to fix the buckling issue and patch our nail holes so the beauty nails would never be seen. We also used approved patching material for fiber cement to fix cracks and paint over it to make them no longer visible as well.

The front of the home we had to tear off and do a complete reside due to the severity of some of the cracks and buckling. For the front we used James Hardie, a top of the line fiber cement siding, and had it custom painted to match the existing siding.

The house is back to its original beauty and should last for the years to come! We love projects like this because we’re able to really work with the client to get them what they need in a way that is most beneficial for them.
